This Iceland tour is for the sport-minded outdoor lover.  We'll take you up into the famous Hengill Volcano area and hot springs and then into the Icelandic underground lava caves!

We will start our journey by exploring one of the many lava caves in the Blue Mountains just outside of Reykjavik. There we'll learn how the lava cave was formed and the natural phenomena of lava stalagmites and stalactites.  Next, we'll travel up to the geothermal area of the Hengill Volcano and take a hike into a beautiful area filled with hot springs and bubbling mud pools.  Then, our hike will continue down through the Reykjadalur valley (The Valley of Smoke) where you can take a relaxing bath in a warm river.   All in all, this is a tour to remember!
