My wife and I recently booked a day trip with your company to the southern part of your island including the volcano area that caused all the flight delays in March/April.
We want to tell you how pleased we were with your tour guide Tryggiv Mar Gunnarsson. From the moment he greeted us in front of our hotel (August 22) with a big friendly smile and warm handshake, he provided us excellent service throughout the day. He often went out of his way explaining the various places we visited and always answered our questions with lots of information. Although we had a schedule to keep he never made us feel rushed. He often went out of his way to make sure were we comfortable and happy. By the end of the tour we felt he was an old family friend. He is a huge asset to your organization.
Next time we visit Iceland we will be booking with your company again and we hope he can be our guide. Thank you for such an excellent service and making our vacation so enjoyable.
